This seasons crop is well underway. These flats include our onions, leeks, and brussel sprouts. They will sit in these south facing windows until it is time to transfer them to our hoop-house.

The Little Apple Orchard

We were excited to find seven apple trees growing on the property. They were in need of some serious pruning, and Rich got right to it. With some time and care we hope to see plenty of apples in the coming seasons.
